Pinpoint review and strategy confirmation
Conventional procurement processes may hit an iceberg for a number of reasons. At the first hint of a problem, seek an assurance review by an independent expert experienced in government procurement. This will provide clarity and comfort that you are on the right track, or a calm recommendation to change course, if warranted.
Structured mediation between negotiating parties
A mediator is commonly introduced into a matter when the parties have already done the deal and then fallen into dispute. However, as recognised by the International Mediation Institue, deal mediation at the front-end can assist the parties to arrive efficiently at an effective and sustainable agreement, setting the scene for long-term project success.
Process remediation
Tender processes are expensive to run and time consuming. Where a process has been compromised, in a worst case scenario, it may need to be "scrapped" and recommenced. If there is a way to salvage the process and the deal legally and in accordance with probity principles, DealsAssist will identify it and guide you through, with the benefit of objectivity that an external eye can bring.
